This is essentially a fancy version of the Green Monster shake that is ROCKING my bod right now. For instructions on my Green Monster recipe, visit Fit Mama Training’s awesome blog. The only difference is that I freeze my bananas first, so it tastes more milkshake-y. Fit Mama’s Blog.
