To celebrate, thought I’d compile a list of my top 7 FAVORITE Quickie Chick workouts in bed! Though I’m a little more intense these days (and the way I train is VERY different) I still use some of these moves occasionally, especially in the morning before I get out of bed. I just love how creative she is and I’ve recommended a few of these exercises to friends who have injuries, are just starting out or who need a dose of fun, fitness motivation.
Admittedly, some of these may look silly, but trust me: they’re effective, fun, fast ways to either wake up a little faster, squeeze in a mini-workout while still in your PJ’s and get closer to your goals without leaving the house.

Aside from weight loss, there are TONS of benefits to regular exercise. It can boost your confidence, make you feel energized, improve your mood and make you more productive. AND, yes, it can add mega oomph to your sex life.
But did you know that aside from ENHANCING your sex life, exercise could induce orgasm? It’s TRUE!
No penetration, no clitoral stimulation, no vibration. Just exercise. The phenomena is called a Coregasm.

Now, I have to reiterate that this just isn’t possible for everyone, and there’s nothing wrong with you if you can’t bust out an O during Bikram. But, just because your hot yoga isn’t HAWT yoga, you can still benefit from certain exercises that will help with your overall O-potential.
I love trying new things, especially when they have a sexy twist. Sexy twists are my favorite. :)
After a few bachelorette pole parties (soooo much fun), I began taking Pole Fitness classes in Montreal. I LOVE it, but boy, it’s a serious workout. My arms burn each & every time, and the core work is second to none. I leave class feeling amazing, no matter how well I did (or how horrifically, un-sexy I was).
Sad to say, my professional pole dancing career ship has sailed and I haven’t been back for lack of time. However, I’ve grown a new appreciation for professional pole dancers and the insane fitness benefits of their craft.
