“Oh My Achy Muscles Bath Bomb (4pc set)”
Bath bomb time. Amazing…
These are made from rosemary, eucalyptus, peppermint and orange. It smells like heaven and I feel like noodles.
(totally doing the whole “empty a bit, add more hot water, extend your bath forever” thing).

40 Ways To Relax in 5 Minutes Or Less

Relaxing is my weakpoint, lol. I’m a “go, go, go” kinda girl. It takes a little more effort for me to do the things I need to do to take care of my headspace, but it’s worth it in the end. :)

What’s your favorite way to “chill out” quickly?

If you’re on your feet a lot (or using them for your grueling workouts) then they might appreciate a little foot TLC. After a long day, unwind while reading a book, watching TV or enjoying a facial with this amazing smelling soak. Breathe it in, the mint has relaxing properties.

Mint Treatment

  • 2 tablespoons crushed fresh mint (or 5 to 6 drops of essential oil of mint)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Espom salts
  • Bowl or basin for your feet.

Directions

Add ingredients to a small tub of warm water. Soak your feet 15-25 minutes. Continue with normal pretty feet routine (pumice, scrub etc). Moisturize and feel amazing. :)
