Relaxing is my weakpoint, lol. I’m a “go, go, go” kinda girl. It takes a little more effort for me to do the things I need to do to take care of my headspace, but it’s worth it in the end. :)
What’s your favorite way to “chill out” quickly?

If you’re on your feet a lot (or using them for your grueling workouts) then they might appreciate a little foot TLC. After a long day, unwind while reading a book, watching TV or enjoying a facial with this amazing smelling soak. Breathe it in, the mint has relaxing properties.

Directions
Add ingredients to a small tub of warm water. Soak your feet 15-25 minutes. Continue with normal pretty feet routine (pumice, scrub etc). Moisturize and feel amazing. :)
