If you’re on your feet a lot (or using them for your grueling workouts) then they might appreciate a little foot TLC. After a long day, unwind while reading a book, watching TV or enjoying a facial with this amazing smelling soak. Breathe it in, the mint has relaxing properties.

Mint Treatment

  • 2 tablespoons crushed fresh mint (or 5 to 6 drops of essential oil of mint)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Espom salts
  • Bowl or basin for your feet.

Directions

Add ingredients to a small tub of warm water. Soak your feet 15-25 minutes. Continue with normal pretty feet routine (pumice, scrub etc). Moisturize and feel amazing. :)
