This is a great, quick routine to get your blood pumping and your heartrate high. I prefer to add something like this to the end of my session, as a workout for days I’m feeling blah, or as a warm-up for more intense exercise.

Give it a try! It’s short enough to watch once before following along, or to do 2-3 times.
