My Pre-Game Smoothie: Punch Packin’ Berry Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 small/medium banana
  • 7-8 medium strawberries (more if they’re little)
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (or more strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • Ice

This is a great way to power up before your workout. I loved mine today (also a nice cold treat)! If making after a workout, add a scoop of protein powder with a touch of juice to blend!

Optional: 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

+/- 250 calories per serving.
