Pre-workout FUEL UP! Blueberry, banana, spinach and cashew: my favorite smoothie combo. :)

The puppy wanted it so bad, lol. Had to hold the camera up high so he’d be still enough to take a pic with me. He Sorry Fris! It’s mine!

Easy to make: Ice, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup yogurt, handful of cashews, little OJ to help it blend.

No time? No problem! This is a 3 minute quickie. :)
