If the thought of a Supergirl plank is too hard, try an Opposite Arm Leg Extention instead! This is a great warm up move, and a good way to work up to the harder variations.
Form tip: try to keep your resting knee in line with your hip (mine’s a little far forward in the pic above). If your knees hurt, try adding a pillow underneath or folding your mat in half for extra cushioning.
