Stuff I Dig

I’m head over heels in LOVE with my TRX Trainer! Sooooo pleased with my new favorite toy!

Many fitness ‘tools’ out there are gimmicky (ab roller or shakeweight anyone?): very few are unique enough to stand in a class of their own. TRX is like nothing I’ve tried before, and I feel like I could grow with it for a long time. It takes basic moves to a whole new level and provides thousands of options for working out pretty much anywhere.

I’m an at-home/outdoor trainer: unless my clients have equipment at home, I have to bring light weight tools with me when I work with them. Generally I use resistance bands, plyometrics and use items like chairs, benches and stability balls to create my workouts with them. I’m excited to start incorporating just a little TRX outside too! (note: I’m not TRX certified and will likely only use a few of the moves I’ve got down. Excited to learn more and maybe get that cert next year!)

If you’re looking for a new tool that’ll challenge you, I highly recommend it! TRX Suspension Training Pro Pack

Already have a TRX? Print out a free workout from Women’s Health here: http://www.womenshealthmag.com/files/pdfs/trx-total-body.pdf

You might also want to check out the TRX fit deck which has tons of moves you can take on the road!

Do you have the TRX trainer? How do YOU like it?
