Loved this poem! It can be really frustrating to focus on things like scars and stretch marks: while we can change many things with diet & exercise, they are areas that seem to persist no matter what we do.
Sometimes it’s not the body that needs a change: it’s just how we choose to see it. Nobody’s perfect, and “flaws” are only flaws if we choose to make them so.
