Going through my inbox like a Villain today! It’s a rest day, so I’m doing a ‘mental’ push to try to answer more questions than I usually do.

I simply can’t get to them all (I will be scrolling back to answer some from January on)… but if you’ve got a question, today’s the BEST day to send it in! The more specific the better.

(When it comes to weight loss, the answer is almost ALWAYS: eat cleaner, eat enough - but not more than you need, train hard, include strength training, boost your intensity not necessarily the duration of your workouts, keep your metabolism up, DON’T STARVE, drink plenty of water, reduce your stress & sleep).
