In all ‘Situation’ fairness, The Situation Workout (if you can stand the full thing) is filled with effective exercises. It’s honestly just the commentary that should might keep you away.
I did it. I laughed. I scoffed. I got offended a little, then I remembered who I was watching. I was sore the next day. I have a VERY short list of people I’d personally recommend it to. :)
I’m back and forth on the Jersey Shore train, and can’t always sit through a full episode (unless I’m with friends and making fun of it - which can be fun in and of itself). But if you’re a fan of the show AND a fitness buff, you might actually - gasp - like this workout.
