Tatyana Kozhevnikova can lift 31lbs… with her vagina. No seriously. Crazy eh?

She does it by inserting a small ball like device inside of her, then a weight is attached at the other end of a thin rope by a hook. She holds the weight steady by squeezing the muscles in her pelvic floor and can perform several, typical exercises with the weight inside her.

She wasn’t always able to do this: after having a baby, she has weakened pelvic muscles and sought to strengthen them. She trained slowly over time (15 years) and eventually developed a better device to target the muscles. This device turned into a series of fitness DVD’s and products that can help other women strengthen their vaginas too.

The tightening and toning of your core muscles (like power kegels) can lead to better sexual response in women… and men. :)
