Your B.M.R (base metabolic rate) is how many calories YOUR body burns at rest. For me, that number is in the 1600-1700 range. If I do NOTHING all day, this is how much I should eat to stay where I am.

Plan your snacks, don’t let yourself STARVE your way into a binge (that’s the body’s way of making you feed it) and ask yourself if you can make a healthier choice when confronted with an unhealthy option. You can even schedule in a treat if you’ve earned it....
