Bouge Yoga Tonight! Last minute call in Montreal!
So tonight, I’ll be getting my downward dog on to the beat of a DJ in Montreal’s Old Port. The event called ‘Bouge Yoga’ (bouge = move in french), will feature body painting, glowsticks, YOGA and dancing!
Annnnd…. we’ll be treated to a class by Yoga instructor (and Guinness record holder for longest yoga marathon), Yasmin Fudakowska-Gow!

Cinnamon Dusted Apple-Nut Parfait - No Cooking...
Ingredients for 1 serving.
2 small apples (1 large one will do) - Diced or sliced into 8ths.
3 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. ground walnuts or almond
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup cottage cheese (1-2%)
Sautee the apples in a sauce pan with the water until soft (non-stick spray optional). Top with cottage cheese, nuts & cinnamon. Serve warm.
