As you may know, I began my fitness adventure by working out at home. Over the years, I’ve collected and done HUNDREDS of at home workouts. Some I’ve regretted, some I’ve fallen in love with and I’ve got a pretty good idea of what works for which personality, whether you be athletic, yoga-like, dance-y, serious or just want to have fun.
Even if I didn’t like the workout, there’s a good chance you might. I’ll throw in my opinions, but I promise to try to give you the most information possible so that YOU can make the decision about whether it’s right for you.
